2TBSP butter/marg                    Approx 2 cups of velveta cheese cut in chunks I use1/2 box 
2TBSP flour                               Dry macroni - see directions on bag or box for amt I use 4
1cup of milk                                hand fulls in 2 quarts water it seems to be enough for us
Cook macroni until almost done, put in a buttered cassrole dish.
Put butter/marg in a pot on the stove as it begins to melt slowly stir in flour to make a paste the
slowly add milk while stiring when the mixture begins to thinken added cheese chucks until melted.
Pour cheses mixture on top.
I toast bread and break it up and soak it in butter or margarine and cover the top with the bread
crumbs for a topping. With or without it is good.
Bake a in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
